Mike Schmidlin Has been a licensed Contractor in The State of California since 1985 and has worked in all phases of residential construction, as well as commercial T. I. work.
Meet the Business Owner
Mike Schmidlin has worked in the Bay Area since 1986, working mainly as a framing contractor, building homes throughout the Area. Over the last 30 years, Mike has also specialized in building decks, utilizing all types of decking materials. Mike has attended training courses at the Trex factory in Nevada where he became a Trex certified installer.
